It has officially begun, this change of seasons and a signal to us to “get South”. The Pinnacles of Creede are a prelude to the changes in climate that are rapidly approaching and with that change comes the inevitable colors of autumn and the morning fog.
This view never gets old. I have photographed these grand monoliths for the last four years. They do not disappoint in their complexity and grandeur. The weather, sun, and clouds play on the cliffs under constant evolution and change. Look away and look back and the scene evolves into something different. These rocks do not disappoint.
